Beautiful hotel lobby, rooms are spacious and nice, service was great and accommodating. Italian restaurant connected to lobby is good. Only issue, and not a big deal but what kept me from giving 5 stars is the bedding. Need higher quality pillows and linens, would expect higher quality from this type of hotel. Will likely stay here again when traveling.

I had a great stay at this hotel—though it’s a bit pricey, it’s worth it for the experience. Parking: Finding parking can be a bit challenging, but you’ll eventually locate a spot. Keep in mind that the hotel charges $10.00 for parking. Hotel Ownership: If you’re looking for something more budget-friendly, the franchise also owns the Hampton Inn and Suites next door. Amenities: The hotel has five floors, and while the breakfast was just okay (surprising for an Embassy Suites), the lunch at the bar was amazing! Room Quality: The room was great, and the bed was very comfortable. However, the shower and sink can scald you if you’re not careful—always test the water first and avoid turning it fully to the left. Additionally, the shower grout could use a good cleaning. Security: Due to the nature of Memphis, I appreciated that a security officer patrols the area all night, which added to the sense of safety. Pricing: For one night, I paid $199.00, including taxes, fees, and parking. Overall, I would recommend this hotel despite the minor issues.

We had to stay in a hotel for a few days because of a renovation going on in our house. We've stayed at this hotel before and we liked it. We also liked it this time. The rooms are nice, we enjoy the social hour in the evening and the breakfast in the morning.

Don't count on having your reservation respected.i made a 4 night reservation in late August for October 8th - 12th. We drove 500 miles and upon arrival was told that the hotel was full and I should stay somewhere else. And metaphorically pound sand. We did have a room the 9th-12th. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and the free happy hour drink was appreciated. There is a bar opens either at 11:00 or 5:00 depending on which bartender is working. The lady cleaning our room went above and beyond by placing our toiletries on a towel. Kudos to Yumika who made sure our checkout went smoothly and my bill accurate. She explained that the pending charge on my credit card (which included a $250 damage deposit) would be deleted and replaced by the accurate charge.

This hotel has a great lobby and very accommodating staff. The room was spacious as per usual with Embassy suites. And well appointed.

Great sleeps!! Beds are so comfortable!!!! The rooms are spacious, with a separation of the small living room like area and the bedroom area.

I wasn't told that rooms are cleaned every other day. I use clean towels daily. Didn't receive a receipt of my stay, I thought it would be emailed but it wasn't. Happy hour was good!

Germantown Embassy for the stay! We were in Memphis for the weekend and I would highly recommend this property. The front desk staff were very professional and helpful. The room and lobby were very clean!
